Ah Cy Akemi has soliloquys and conversations in her head. It's actually what everybody does, isn't it? Everybody thinks. Sometimes they can even think aloud! If everyone in the world thinks aloud all the time, there'll never be moments of silence. How extra noisy would the world be! 😂
